Business Objective

The HR department required a centralized analytics solution to monitor workforce metrics, understand demographics, analyze salaries, and maintain detailed employee records. The goal was to provide both high-level summaries for strategic decisions and detailed employee-level data for operational needs.

Problem Statement

Aggregate HR data from multiple sources into a single platform. Build interactive dashboards with Overview, Demographics, and Income Analysis sections, along with a detailed Employee Records view. Enable filters, visual comparisons, and cross-section analysis to help HR managers identify workforce trends, salary disparities, and performance correlations.

Dashboard Features

Overview

KPI tiles for hires, active employees, and terminations; time-series trends; department and job title breakdown; HQ vs branch distribution; city and state maps.

Demographics

Gender ratio, age group and education distributions, counts per category, and education-performance correlation visualizations.

Income Analysis

Salary comparisons by education and gender; age vs salary trends per department to highlight pay gaps and anomalies.

Employee Records

Filterable table with employee name, department, position, gender, age, education, and salary for granular lookups.
